3)a)i) There was no medication authorization completed for one child's emergency medication. 3)a)i)A)B)C)D)E) There were two prescription emergency medications for two children, both were expired. Neither medication had the prescription label with the child's name, date the prescription was filled, name and contact information of the prescribing health professional, expiration date (of the prescription), dosage amount and length of time to give the medication, and instructions for administration and storage.
